This is the same person who had housing, dog and mother issues. What's the update?

The Streets of San Fransisco was a cheesy, oft-watched TV series not made by Disney but starring that former actor, Michael Douglas.

Plot was relatively simple : Man gets birthday gift from brother, who had spent five years working in Rio. The man is wary, defensive, jaded but to avoid antagonising his brother, Jake puts on a show of being happy.

The second and nearly final scene had a wrinkled little bent fellow dressed in black cape and flat cap; lollipop in his mouth - succesfully solving the crime.

JKB took no part in the drama. As Henry said, the streets were paved with gold.
