Kai En is a pretty strong player in the Business English field. That area is on the fringes of the Lu Jia Zui business area and is quite nice. Rent will depend on exact location and style. You can go basic for 1500 or upscale for 5000 and everything in between. I think they have authorization to hire foreigners and can get the proper visa for you upon arrival, but you should confirm this. I've never heard anything negative about this outfit, except that the pay is toward the low end of the scale. When your contract arrives would be related to your start date. If a couple of weeks go by without contact, you can get in touch with them again. Sorry I can't give more factual info, as I only had friends who workd there but no personal experience.
