Any Gulf teachers have blogs? I'm interested in reading what you have to say.

i know of a teacher who was fired and forced to pull his blog down.
not only did it name his employer and describe unflateringly his co-workers, it showed his sexual fetishs - iikkkss.

Definitely...

I also knew a teacher who was very detailed in his blog. He never named names, but his own name was there for all to see. All the various and often hilarious stories were there about his rather awful employer until he finally realized that blogs are public. People often start them with the idea that only their friends and family will read them, but they tend to show up in a google and soon you are being flamed in your comment section... and both your students and employers find it. So, he went back and edited out the more damning details about his employer.

I love reading blogs, but teachers need to take care and use some common sense or it could come back and bite you.

mishmumkin... you didn't list the blog from that HCT women's college teacher. That is one that may quickly get himself into a problem. Laughing

All but one of these blogs hasn't been updated for several months. Any more to add to this list?

Here's one from Oman:
