You know, it can make me crazy at times. It seems that almost every school has a bad reputation. Maybe it just depends upon the teacher, the individual...some people make their own problems...
But then again I have read horror stories which seem to be the fault of the schools.....
Soon I'm going to need to choose where to get certified...I'm hoping to teach in Ukraine, or failing that Russia. Those are the countries in which I have a strong interest. I've been there several times and speak Russian.
But as soon as I think I've settled upon a course of action, I read something which causes me to think twice!
It seems that eventually, I will just have to dive in blindly. |

London School is one of the best schools in Ukraine. Now of course it's quite possible to have a bad experience with any school if you don't fit in.
They can also be rather picky about who they hire, given the lack of good jobs there. |

London School of English, Kyiv, is one of the best schools I've worked in. They treat their teachers really well, it's friendly, loads of resources and support. If you get a job there and want to live in The Ukraine I'd definitely accept. |

There is nobody else in the Ukraine that compares with them, certainly as far as teachers salaries and overall support and working conditions go,and probably not in Russia either!
The trouble is that everyone wants to work for them so who do you go to for second choice if you are unlucky? |
