I was just hoping that folks could continue to discuss the idea of an HCT 70% pay rise in the future...we can leave the talk about real estate speculating and banks to the fake "The 70% - The facts" thread.

Oh, yeah. I certainly think that the range that you mentioned will be in the offing (offering?). There is too much hemorrhaging of staff and too many folks wanting to enter the system to expect a slap in the face (not my sentiments, I'm happy, but I know how others might take it that way) for them to say "not for you", and, there's not that much of a well of Master's holders willing to go to the Middle East with the rep that this place has gotton with those who think that CNN is all that.

Sorry for the bait-and-switch with the topic title, I was attempting to do a bit of conscienceness-raising. I've made my sentiments known to others on the other thread that deals with this issue, but it doesn't seem to sink through. Hopefully, those who would like to digress will see this thread, will recognize that I've done the unlazy thing and given them a forum for them to vent their spleen on the subject that they seem to want to debate. Maybe, just maybe, they'll learn to stay on-topic and create their own threads in the future. Just an encouragement...
