if you're asking specific questions about marijuana, I suggest you check out a website such as this
if you want to know about the drug testing here, it seems to vary depending on the hospital, and the city you're in...
most people will attest to having no drug test done during the physical, while others have claimed a test so invasive as to also include a stool sample...while highly unlikely that you will be asked to poop in a cup there is a possibility that a test out of the ordinary may happen...after all this is Taiwan...
as I posted elsewhere, the common tests are for sight, general health, weight, height, HIV/AIDS, and TB...women may be asked for urine to determine pregnancy...but, again, policies change...
So...best bet, if you're scared then why take the risk? Don't do Drugs! [/url] |

| I met a gal from Australia once who was new to Taiwan and had smoked pot about a week before she arrived and took her medical. She was deported because of it. That was a few years ago and I don't know if that has changed now, but I know that they did test for certain drugs a while back anyway. |

| You have to get your medical done before you get your work permit, as such, you need to get it done as soon as you find a job |
