Anybody know some decent forums for foodies in Japan. I looked at gaijinpot but ... well it was gaijinpot.

Any suggestions?

BTW mainly people swapping recipes and shopping tips not "Where can I get MacDonalds in Werdafukamai-Ken.

Some Gunma resident foreigners told me there are many gaikokujin on http://forums.egullet.org/, an international foodie forum.

Are you familiar with http://www.bento.com/tokyofood.html? If you're looking for where to shop, sometimes they have linkage.
