My information is a little out of date since I had an interview with them in 2004. However, I recall it being quite thorough and being given teaching scenarios to solve. I was a pretty experienced teacher at that stage so they couldn't really surprise me. I remember the interview took 30-45 minutes so they were quite serious about evaluating candidates. In the end, I decided not to take the job because I got a better offer elsewhere.

Hey thanks for taking time to give me some (non-sarcastic) feedback. Had it a while ago. It was actually quite short and I've already been rejected. Lucky for me I've been offered something else.

Sorry about not getting the offer but I'm a firm believer that things always work out for the best. I guess they have a lot of applicants since NOVA went under. Anyway, good luck in Japan!
