This is going to be the future feedback of me students. Now you kind of got blown away as I know how to do a silly little lesson plan. Please think on this, fact is, Russian students will LOVE me. Here is what the feedback on me will be:
1) Jaz is a great teacher, she is lots of fun and we love her
2) Jasmine knows dozens of magic tricks. It makes our lessons interesting
3) We prefer Jasmine she is friendly and she can do lots of diffrenet things
4) Jaz never complains when we make mistakes.
5) Learning is relaxing with Jaz
6) Jaz knows all about life in London- Pakistan- everywhere
7) Jaz cran draw really well. Drawings help us get this
Jasmine learned English when she went to the UK in 1990, she knowis grammar more than whiter teachers
9) Jaz is Asian so she is politer and calmer than other UK teachers
10) Jaz is mostly white anyhow, like from a exotic country like Spain and this helps us with our lessons
11) Jasmine cooks and brings Asian sweets to class for us to try out
12) Women love Jaz because she is friendly- men like Jaz even more beacuse she listens respectful way and makes them feel really good
13) Jaz helps us understand questions on school tests
14) Jasmine is like a eastern princess, not just a UK teacher in dirty jeans and a tea shirt. Jaz has jelery from India and also Frey Wille shop.
15) Jaz never drinks- only sometimes sugary red wine, maybe sometime a bacardi breezer, but this is rarely,
16) Jasmine wants us to think for ourselves
17) If we do something good, Jasmine always tells us

26) Jaz is always sincere and not gives us false praise
27) Jasmine makes songs and compettions and games in lessons so it is always lively.
2 Jasmine brings her own music to class- like pop idol Vibe Sharma
29) Jaz has no favorites- she loves everyone
30) Jasmine never takes money from us like normal teachers
31) Jasmine always wears perfumes and smells nice
32) Jasmine doesn't use thease borring books
33) Jasmine lets us do what we want to help our lesson
34) Jasmine is a CHRISTIAN and prays everyday
35) Jaz never shouts or raises voice and she is all times patiently with us.
36) We make many mistakes but Jasmine is always there to help us
37) Jaz doesn't have boyfriends, she stays with her one special girl and Jaz has top class morals
3 We have real confident in our teacher Jasmine cos she is unique understanding as she is a native speaker, but she learned English as a foreign person.
39) Jasmine is studing for a MA in America and she is more qualified than other persons, with or not with CELTA
40) Other native soeakers are all time in a little group, but Jasmine is with everyone
41) Jaz loves Angelina Jolie- and she is like a Pakistani Angelina Jolie in many ways
42) Jaz never hurts anyone
43) Persons are sometimes rude and nasty to Jaz, but she always forgive them
44) Jaz loves icons and stares at them more and more. She had religious persecutions in the UK and when we think about it it makes us sad.
45) If we do not haveing Jasmine as our teacher we will not stay in this school.
46) If Jasmine is not our teacher we will ask for our moneys return
47)Mostly this school is only good cos of Jasmine.
4 The school system is rubbish but we will stay if we can be with Jaz

I got this hole approach from customer service training angle, I probably no more about CST than most, in Heathrow, I was working with all kinds of important persons in the shop. Anyhow, stop treat students like rubbish- they will like you, just like they goint to like me.
OK, now this thread is only for guys who want to have fun, help me get a job, flirt within good limits, tell me more and more about Russia, give me some advice, most of all, follow good system of respect and nice speaking. If you want to come here- give me racial abuse, sexual harrasses, just negative speak- STAY OUT! NO reason for you be in here at all. Some women also come and PM me and saying some bad words, like I told, this is mostly for people lonely guys who want fun with me, so no reasons also for you to be nasty. Bottom line, you only in here-if you want to be. Please note, I not posting on any thread except me own.

Dearheart, either you're a native speaker of English or you learned it as a foreigner. An inability to express yourself with some logicality is likely to prove a barrier between you and your lucky students.

Look, if you're joking, it's losing its effect. If you're serious, then please try to rid yourself of some of these rather boastful and self-deluding attitudes. You're going to be a novice teacher and only when you've been a teacher for a while will you know what works and what doesn't and whether or not you are likely to be a good teacher. The boasting won't impress anybody and is unlikely to get you much help beyond postings like this. Who is going to want to 'help' somebody who declares herself to be so much better than all these nasty western teachers?

Sorry if 'just negative', but believe it or not, we don't want students treated like rubbish either. Customer service is, I agree, part of what is required. Some humility, as somebody who needs to learn, is also necessary if you are really going to help students. Re attracting lonely guys: good luck, but again, I think that the boasting won't help much.

Also, while I'm here, I'd like to say that trying to exclude Kootvela from criticising you on the grounds of her gender (and an understandable desire not to want to have 'fun' with you) is really wrong of you.
