Hey all,

I'm trying to get tickets to the MLB Opening Series games at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo on the 25th or 26th of March. I've called the help line and they don't have any english speaking staff available, except for some very-very broken "I'm sorrys"'.

Fair enough, I've been to Japan and I know that English is hard to come by.

Anyways, does anyone know anything about how to go about getting tickets?
Is it something that can be done online or only in Tokyo?
Does anyone want to help me get some tickets?

If anyone can help me, please let me know. I want to go as I'm a huge Red Sox fan, and its a great chance to see them play.

Thanks in advance if anyone can hlep me.

yes there is a website, but it is in Japanese.
Also I think you can buy them at convenience stores like Lawson.

Hey sorry for the late reply.
As of now, tickets are on sale at all LAWSON stores.

Tickets go for 4,500, 7,000, 18,000 yen.
The cheapest ones are outfield bleacher seats, 7K is 1st base/3rd base side, and 18,000 are sections behind homeplate.

Go to any LAWSON store and use their computer ticketing system there. If you need any help ask the clerks, and you'll also need the event code:
30499

Games are on the 25th and 26th, both starting at 7pm.

Hopefully some tickets are still available. Good luck.

The other games are pre-season (exhibition) games and are as follows:
3/22 - Red Sox vs. Hanshin Tigers 12pm
Athletics vs. Yomiuri Giants 7pm
3/23 - same

Tickers are cheaper, and I am sure they are still on sale.

well I went to Lawson a few days ago. I got tickets for the exhibition game against Hanshin. I will be either by 3rd or first base, and it cost 7,000 each.
Lawson has a website about tickets, but the information is in Japanese.
Yep, the MLB games are sold out.

Using that ticket machine was a real pain, but in the end, I got what I wanted.
