Rumors or actual published reports, as in TV or newspaper?

Well, they are not hiring as many teachers and opening as many schools as they originally were hoping to do. Other than that, I have also heard that they canned some people by not renewing their contracts. Oh no, you're not fired, we just don't want you working here. Never mind the semantics and legalities, you've been dumped!
