Thanks Apple, I thought it was me. I thought at first it was Pakistan or Philippines International, then changed to Penghu Islands, but that is a pure guess. |

Many of the local airlines on Taiwan have been forced to offer cheap international charter flights to the PI just to stay afloat. Cheap but you get what you pay for. Talk to your local travel agent and shop around, the fares can vary greatly.
