|
|
Greetings,
I understand that if I am to teach in Thailand, I'll need to provide an official (i.e., governmental) report showing that I have no criminal record. I'm from the USA where there are many (state, federal, D.C., etc.) governments, each of which legislates its own criminal code and each of which keeps its own records.
What suffices as a criminal record report for purposes of teaching in Thailand? The state which is currently my home state has an official online criminal record database into which I can enter my name and it will then generate a page stating "no record found". Would that be enough? Or would I need to provide a report for each of the states in which I've lived since I was 18, or for all 50 states, or what? I'm in Thailand now, so getting governmental records from the USA will be difficult, except for the online report I mentioned above.
Thanks in advance your replies. |

Just print out the online one and bring it to them. It worked for me. |
