I am presently located IN USA. I am looking for any management level position in IT industry in Saudi Arabia. Could anyone please guide me to any recruiter or any tips to search on jobs in Saudi Arabia would be appreciated. |

Are you aware that this is a discussion board for ESL/EFL teachers? We are not directed towards people who might want to find jobs in other fields in the Middle East.

I am hoping to win the National Lottery and would be grateful for advice that would allow me to escape from my life as a wage slave. |

Although there are some IT positions available in educational institutions here in KSA, most of them would require that you have at least conversational Arabic skills. You would also find them to be enormously frustrating, given that the IT ambitions of most Saudi universities far exceed the infrastructure capabilities of the place.
The Middle East in general is a bad place for a "Westerner" to look for IT jobs. They can hire very talented and experienced IT people from India for a fraction of the cost. |

If you have a job in IT in the USA, or indeed in India, I would not advise you to come to Saudi. The problem is not that you will need conversational Arabic, or that 'there are many talented Asians at a fraction of the cost' but that there are vast numbers of untalented of various nationalities and you will be expected to pick up the slack. |
