I've been considering getting an Asian style tattoo for a while now and wanted some advice on an artist. I was thinking about something colorful that covers the shoulder and involves a dragon.

If money and location were no object who would you suggest? I'm not talking about someone who is merely good, but a world class artist. If I'm going to have this thing on my shoulder for the rest of my life I want the best. I'll be based near Hong Kong soon, but I'd be willing to travel the region for top notch work. Thanks!
