Please no "go fly a kite" jokes I just spend the national holiday in Hikarigaoka park (fantastic place by the way) and I spent a lot of the time watching some old ojiisan flying a couple of kites including a cool hinomaru one. Anyways it looked AWESOME and I would really like to try it sometime. But I have no idea where to buy a kite from. I'm not looking for anything special-perhaps just a step above whatever a child would use. I went looking in Seiyu but they had nothing. Any suggestions? |

I actually bought one yesterday at Tokyu Hands. It was really just a kids kite, made of nylon (just a step above the plastic ones I guess) and it had a big Spiderman on it. It cost about 2600 yen I believe. Coincidently yesterday evening was quite breezy so I took it out and had a TON of fun with it! |
