Umm maybe, just maybe, it will help in answering this question:

Oh, and trust me, it is a lot more than 300; I am not one of those extreme [non]spenders. My findings will give a very good idea on range of spending to most people coming to any big city in this country, especially one of the 3 biggest cosmopolitan areas.

No! Also, for smaller places like Jubail you need to factor in the cost of anti-depression medication.

For even smaller places factor in the cost of an overdose or rope to hangyourself with, though some would say in Hafr Al-Batan or Ad-Dawadmi suicide becomes a redundant expense.
