I think it's safe to say that many of the locals on Mallorca are pretty busy with tourists during the season. Work in major tourist areas is usually steady only in the off-season...not lending to a regular living for a teacher, in most cases.
Further, European jobs are not usually found from abroad. You really have to be here, CV in hand, looking professional, to get a hearing by a school director.
If you are an EU member citizen, you can legally work in Spain. If not (if you are North American, for example) you most likely (99%) cannot get a legal work permit in Spain. Did you know this already? If so, sorry to state the obvious  |
