I'd like to start asap. But all the jobs I've seen so far are for a September start. Where should I be looking

language mills hire year round.

There should be a lot of openings this summer.
What with the visa situation and all (less FTs around)
Of course, most of these programs and jobs would fall in that grey area (usually filled by F&L visa holders and Z holders off-site)
Not sure if that means that they will be checked by the powers that be this year...

Look for schools and training centers that have held summer school before.
And even the recruiters who should know.

It quite possibly could be too late, but check with JESIE in Jiangsu for summer teaching. The classes usually run from the first week in July to the first week in August, and you can teach either two weeks or four.
