I strongly dislike the act of including a photo with your CV. Honestly, I don't see the point.
I know that in the north of Brazil people often do this - and of course those who are "white" and good looking have a much higher chance of getting a job.
I've seen pictures that were obviously touched on so that the person looks lighter in their picture.
That is disgusting. |

I don't find touching up a photo disgusting, but rather a sad comment on racism in Brazil. |
