I am new to this, so sorry if this is either a silly or often repeated question... I am interested in teaching in Ecuador. So, I guess the first step is getting certified. Is online certification looked bad upon in Ecuador? Would it be avisable to go there and do a "real" certification program like www.eilecuador.org instead?
Also, there are several programs, i.e. languagecorps.com and tefljobplacement.com that offer "guaranteed" job placement and certification. Anyone have any experience/comments about these programs?
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks! |

real programmes are better than online.
ABout guaranteed job placement, it might be a job at the place where you study, or just guaranteed interviews. But you should have no probs getting a job once there. |

Drop me a PM- I shouldn't say too much here, as I'm involved in the "real" course as EIL Ecuador, which is also involved with LanguageCorps. So PM or email me-
Best,
