Extra Visa Pages
To obtain additional visa pages, you must complete an Application for Additional Visa Pages (DS-4085: Amendment/Validation Application). Please complete the form using black ink and submit it with your passport to the American Citizen Services section at the U.S. Embassy. U.S. passport holders 16 and older must personally sign the DS 4085 but need not come to the Embassy personally to request new pages.

Glad to help. U.S. passports only have about 20 pages for visas and stamps (not great if you are traveling through Asia, where every country's visa takes up an entire page). You can also request extra pages when you apply for a new passport. It arrives in the mail, fat and ready to travel the world. |
