I can't remember - is it OK to flush toilet paper down the loo in the Carib, or not? I know it isn't in many Central and South American countries, but I'm not sure about here. |

No, you put the paper in the basket next to the loo, if there is a basket, that is. |

I know this is an old thread, but I'm new here. Anyway in the Caribbean we put the paper down the toilet ok. Most small island developing states don't have a central sewage system/ treated sewage system for returning the water.
Anywhos that's it.
Hope the Caribbean treats you all well. |

Christinasvg is right. From my experience and others who have traveled to the Caribbean, toilet paper is flushed down the toilet along with everything else.
Peace and Blessings. |
