YOU DON'T APPROVE OF UC BERKLEY?
According to the 2007 Rankings of World Universities compiled by the Institute of Higher Education, Shanghai Jiao tong university/UNESCO-generally considered the authority on this subject, the three branches of the University of California where I have been employed are ranked 14th, 13th and 3rd in the world respectively. I realize this doesn't mean a whole heck of a lot to a professional from the highly prestigious Ajman University...Centre of Educational Excellence. We do try, however, try in our little way.

Sympathize with the Survivors of the Holocaust!

I have no particular opinion on individual US universities, written in block capitals or no. I will also confess to not knowing or caring "a whole heck of a lot" about hanghai Jiao tong university/UNESCO, but maybe that's just me.

I do, however, sometimes wonder just why men who have left this supposedly benighted place for a grand life of intellectual, social and cultural fulfillment in some (usually unnamed) part of the world, somehow feel the need to regularly visit this forum and make pointless posts about people whose experiences have differed from theirs. It becomes especially bizarre when said people feel the need to duplicate said pointless posts in PM form, with the only difference that a few misplaced capitals are misplaced elsewhere.

I did mention California, did I not? Never heard of the place?
By the way, it's Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Please be more careful with capital letters in the future. The fact that you admit to knowing nothing about this study just proves my point about failed academics in the Persian Gulf. It is generally considered the most comprehensive guide/rating system of world-class universities among professional academics. I guess that explains your lack of interest.

Thanks. BTW, in English, sentences are required to have at least one main verb.
But of course there's absolutely no requirement to communicate n sentences.
