Honestly, have you seen the picture? Is that really Janet? Looks more like Michael with flab.
Really, all this fuss over a boob. Now I understand why breast feeding is so frowned upon in America. Weird thinking. |

| I too was amazed at all the uproar over a booby flash. It is okay if shows with graphic violence (cop shows) or questionable morals(Jerry Springer, temptation island, etc.) are shown, but show a breast and people get upset that their children will be mentally scarred. |

Agreed. This thing has been blown totally out of proportion. Personally, I wasn't offended at all. However, I think it is important to put this event into context. Remember, practically everyone in the United States watches the Super Bowl, including their children. Parents are led to believe that the halftime show is going to be rated PG at worst...imagine their surprise when they were subjected to Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson bumping and grinding on one another. The grand finale is Justin saying to Janet "I've got to get the clothes off of you" and then forcefully ripping off part of her top. I don't think Americans were offended by seeing Janet's boob, I think they were offended by the manner in which the exposure occurred. |
