Hello, I'm looking for some housemates to share a house with me in or around Phu Nhuan or Tan Binh districts. I've seen a few places so far and typical prices seem to work out at around $220 per room for a place that's fully furnished, has cable TV, air con etc. So if your looking for a place to live and you're interested, please send me a PM.

Additionally, does anyone have any good contacts or know any reputable agents to help me in my search for a house?

There are some local "finders" that my friends have used for a reasonable fee, and they've been pretty happy.

You tell them what your budget range is, locations you can live in, etc., and they provide you with a list.
