I am looking for a English teaching job in Europe. I am a non-EU citizen with a BA degree. How would I go about looking for a job in Europe? Any suggestions? |

Depending on your age and where you're from, you might be able to get working holiday visas. See the PM I sent you |

You generally have to be here, on the ground, CV in hand, before any European school iwll give you a second thought. You won't get a job from abroad, unless you had specialist qualifications.
Western Europe is mostly closed to non-EU member citizens, (unless you're eligible for a student visa as naturegirl notes) but there are still 'new' EU member states where you can get a visa, though it's a serious hassle. You could try the Czech Rep, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, etc. |

It's difficult but possible to get a teaching position in Lithuania. You have to do a search for schools and contact them directly. |

With just a BA and being a non-EU citizen, the situation here in Finland would not be promising. Most places will not want to sponsor a visa so you would need to be married to a Finn or have more education to get a position here. Probably the same in most of Northern and Western Europe... |

If the job is at PMU in KSA I would say that is better than some dodgy operation in the UAE. |

With a CELTA/TEFL/TESOL then it won't be an issue for you at all in any of the former soviet block countries (such as Czech Republic/ Slovakia/ Ukraine/ Poland). It IS possible to find teaching work in Spain and Italy but it VERY difficult for non-EU citizens (in N.Italy for example schools tend to get round the EU passport issue by having you officially on their register as a 'student of Italian').
Alot of places have become saturated with teachers and this is largely the case for Spain and Italy. The Czech market is still very much alive and well but the word out is that Ukraine, Serbia, Albania and Croatia will be the next hotspots (Lviv the next Prague perhaps?).
Without a CELTA/TEFL/TESOL then you might want to either look into taking one or, look into an alternative means of income outside of teaching English.
