Hello Experienced NET's of HK!
Just wondering to know from all you experienced applicants and/or those of you who are already in the amazing city your experience of the application process.
From the previous posts that I have read so far it seems as though your application may get processed faster going through a recruiter.
Please tell us:
1) What is the difference between going through a recruiter or directly applying? Is there a difference in salaries? Do recruiters make a continuous % of your salary?
2) What are usually the deadlines of going through a recruiter as apposed to directly applying? Is there a deadline or is there availabilty whenever someone resigns or whenever there is a shortage?
3) Do recruiters only work outside of HK and/or Asia? If I am in Asia already is it more advisable to directly apply or would going back to North America make any difference?
Anyone's opinion would be great! |
