Where and how can I US citizen become a certified IELTS examiner? What is the easiest way? |

Background, maybe? If we don't know who you are, or what you got, in terms of quals and experience, there's no way we can answer.
In any case, your citizenship doesn't come into it. Yanks are welcome. You need a certain amount of post-certification teaching experience, and preferably exam teaching experience. You need to prove language level...
But nationality doesn't come into it.

I think the info is on the IELTS site. YOu have to contact your nearest examining centre. |

I'm in mid-TESOl, so thanks for the resume, which I will read in October- but in the meantime, if at least 2-5 years of your experience is EFL or ESL and is post masters, you'll have no problems whatsoever. Just contact the center nearest you and go through the training.
