The visa for Paraguay if you are from the US is 65 USD, multiple entry. I should be going for xmas Frank, I always have a BLAST. If you want to go check it out, let me know,and I will give you more info.

All you have to do to get a visa is go to the consulate on Viamonte&Riobamba (I think), take a photo ID, fill out an application and go pick up you visa the next day.
