Yes, someone can tell you.

Contact your local TECO office.

They will be able to tell you 100% (if they feel like it that day).

What is a TECO office?

Not sure if such a thing exists here and if they did I doubt they'd speak English

Taipei Economic and Cultural Office = TECO

It's the embassy, for lack of a better word. Every country has one, and some countries have several. Google it, and you'll find it.

I can't get the answers to my questions from there. Let me rephrase my question/s:

To work as an ESL Teacher in Taiwan do you need: YES/NO

1. CRC
2. University Degree
3. Health Certificate

You need a passport plus photos and a resume. I know that much. What else does Taiwan immigration require? Anyone currently working there obviously knows this.

1. What's a CRC?
2. Yes - if it's a 3 year degree look for exceptions.
3. Yes - but you will get it here. Don't waste your money in your home country.

Thank you both! CRC no - degree yes. That was exactly what I wanted to know.

Thanks.

In reality you need a 3 year or 4 year degree.
OR you need an Associate diploma (issued by a Uni) or College diploma plus TESL certificate.

Either is enough to get you a work permit and your ARC.
