| Can we say that people who work with BAE in the magic kingdom are in a 'paid holiday'? |

| You will find it difficult to make $5,000 a month in Saudi. |

So how about UAE? Will I be able to make more than 5,000USD in there? Which schools and cities do you think I should opt for? Thanks |

| You could try working for those nice Blackwater people in Iraq. You will not earn this kind of money teaching - in Saudi or the UAE. |

La, la, la! Scot, in all due respect, you know not of all of what you speak. I make more money now, with all of the usual benes, than I ever made in Saudi...which I thought was good...and it was...for the time...but, believe me...there's better money to be made just around the corner.
However, an upgrade in most of the people's credentials that I used to work with is required. freeboy, at first glance, seems to have them...however, a practicum, is desirable over here...which means a DELTA or a CELTA at least.
That being said, I've put in time here to get what I can offer my family.

Freeboy,
BAE Systems are currently paying 3500 pounds sterling a month, plus free accommodation, free food, free company uniform (not obligatory to wear) three tickets home every year (One of which must be on Saudi Arabian Airlines) a pension scheme and free share options if you stay for more than, I think, 5 years.
Despite Scots maunderings, I would think that is a pretty good deal by antbody's standards.
A British or Wesern passport is NOT necessary - I was teaching alongside Lebanese, Sudanese, Jordanian, Indian personnel |

When I left in 2005, it was roughly a month. I can't say what it is now.

| The only people worth working for are British Areospace. The rest dump you in a desolate place where there's nothing to do except eat, go to the gym or turn weird. Be careful about where you work. If you do want to work for one of the military operations, choose a place near the Bahrain causeway for stress relief. |
