I've never heard of it, although I'm new to the country. Have you googled its name and examined its website? You can ask if there's a foreign teacher there with whom you can be put in contact. You can also bombard your Malaysian contacts there with a lot of questions and see if/how they answer.

Personally, I have found working in Malaysia a bit trying, although it might be just me or my specific situation. The students aren't bad, however.

Good luck with whatever decision you make.

I asked my Tamil colleague about Kasturi because it is owned and operated by Indians (Tamils). He said that they offer the Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) MBA with Accounting specialty, and also teach exam prep for the Chartered Financial Analyst exam (CFA) from the USA. I am pretty sure that it is a shop-lot college and, thus, at the lower end of the quality spectrum.

My colleague (he) claims to have slept with the owner, which means one of three things:
1) The owner is a she, and they had a relationship (not likely);
2) The owner is a he and my colleague shared a bed while on a marketing trip or so (not uncommon, they often book same-gender lecturers into one motel room with only a double bed); or
3) My colleague is joking, the most likely answer.

You have to be careful in working with Indian-owned and operated colleges. This warning is from this Indian colleague of mine. It is easier to work for Chinese- and Malay-run colleges.
