I have several questions:
1) I am not in Japan right now. Is there an agency that specialises in ALT jobsthe Kansai Region? Can they give me an interview in the U.K. or over the phone?
2) I taught in Japan for over a year in kanto region.. Shane's accommodation was so expensive I quit, went home and saved plenty money. GOOD.

3) I miss Japan. One agency promised to subsidise my rent, and so on. in the kanto region. I could afford it if I stayed in a gaijin house. Some OF THEIR locations are very close to Tokyo.
GOOD. But they spoke of rural locations too. BAD. I just don't do small towns. It won't work. So I'll tell them nicely. They'll give me a telephone interview.

4) One thing I miss about Tokyo and Japanese cities is all the sports facilities. I could always go swimming or play volleyball or football.

Kansai Time Out (paper edition or online) has ads for teachers. Some are from ALT dispatch agencies.

Same for Kansai Flea Market.

Know before you take an ALT job.
