My friends we have a full feldged weeaboo on our hands.
Also Korean and Japanese girls are famous fro being just as bad as Western girls. It comes with having a modern society.
What is a weeaboo? I tried google but never got a clear answer. Everything from otaku to someone who pretends to like sushi (and something about geographical maps but I eliminated that Smile )

The second one on that list. Used to be Wapanese, but now it's weeaboo. So look at the definition and reread what the OP wrote, and then we will be in agreement, and then we shall have a feast! *sounds the feast horn*

Twisted Evil When I eventually stop laughing I might have the strength remaining to agree with you.

Has the OP ever actually been to Japan? I still can't work that out. As to Japanese women... if the girls I've met (and I've met a fair few... hundred) actually maintain their views of getting marriage into adulthood, then Mr OP is going to get a nasty shock. The girls I met had the all the makings of worldclass goldiggers and... Rolling Eyes ... and were only better than your average western woman in that they were honest about their expectations for marriage and how they were to go about obtaining their Mr perfect with the 3 'H's.

Go a head and get your giggles out. It's ok take your time.

Yeah I think a lot of people have silly ideas, ideals even of what japanese girls are. Life is not Anime, I'd be able to jump around more if it were. People get this blurred or skewed version of Japan. It is not Roppongi nor an Anime.

Yeah, I wouldn't want to date a Japanese girl. Crap what am I getting myself into!!! I've seen so many that were bent on getting stuff from rich guys. So I think this will be another case of bitter Gaijin.

In defense of Japanese girls, I know many happy marriages between Japanese women and foreign men. The main factor in these happy, long-lasting marriages is that the women are intelligent and with broad horizons (quite a number of them actually met their husbands overseas and then they moved back to Japan). They tend not to be the super-kawaii, brand-bag toting, overly made-up, high maintenance kind of girl, and actually there are plenty of them around.

I also know guys who have only dated Roppongi/Shibuya-type girls, and they complain about being constantly expected to pay for everything/buy Cartier bags and Bulgari watches- I always think "so what did you expect?" Sure, she dresses well, has gorgeous hair and is impeccably made up, but that is the definition of high maintenance.

How dare you bring balance to this debate!! How did you get in here? Guards GUARDS!!!

Well we were just saying that Japanese girls aren't the ones in west Pop Cult. So we're dosing him with reality. *Pew Pew Pew*
