For all some people hiring know, there could be. But seriously, you've been speaking the language since you were eleven. Most studies put you in the native speaker category.

I HIGHLY doubt that's even legal to check up on.
I don't think the US puts babies on their parent's passports anymore.
About your place of birth, they shouldn't make a big deal of it. If they do, they're not worth working for. Or, you could tell a white lie and say your parents were diplomats and all your info is top secret  |

| Aleksey, I will tell you this. If you are a non-Asian looking Russian you will in most cases have a better chance of getting a job in Asia than Chinese or Koreans that were born in the United States, Canada, UK, Ireland, or Australia. |

Or dark haired, dark skinned people like me actually I'm white as a ghost except now it's summer, so I've gotten a nice farmer's tan |

| I will even add that I worked for a camp before that past up native speaking Asians to employ non-native European English speakers. |
