				| I have seen several posts here about not using recruiters for high school jobs. I have also seen it mentioned that all high school jobs are illegal. Hmm... sounds strange. Does Taiwan not have any sort of program to put native speakers in their classrooms? Something along the lines of JET in Japan, EPIK in Korea, or the NET scheme in Hong Kong?
I am a certified teacher in the USA with endorsements in ESL, business, and social studies and am seriously looking at Taiwan for 09/10. International schools are certainly an option but seem to only recruit from the giant cattle call recruiting fairs overseas (seems like a real crapshoot to land a job that way).

I would love to hear from those that have actually gotten legal high school jobs!
