Hey folks
I was just wondering if there have been issues with people who have Polish passports (and dual citizenship`s) and had to deal with Military service on arrival or during their stay in Poland? Just wondering what the situation is there these days or is it a non issue anymore?
Thanks in advance

Poland no longer has conscription into the army, my students tell me that it was stopped last year/recently. I'm pretty sure that they won't retrospectively apply the rules and if they do and number of excuses will get you out of it - I can't speak Polish/my foot hurts/do you know who my Dad is? etc etc |

Its a nonissue, even with consciption being phased out I still got called up in November, but all they wanted was to give me a piece of paper and said they ll want to give me that interview and classify me in January. So far nothing, dont worry about it. |
