Sounds like the PR-spiced up appellation for the vast complex between Guangzhou city and Panyu, home to about ten university campuses.
It has now an underground train station, a McDonald's and a variety of other facilities.
But it is a bit like d dormitory town. Long distances between the residential parts and the classrooms. Safety is wanting (bike thefts were rampant a couple of years ago).
A lot of greenery, though; for the eye it's pleasing. Living there? Not everybody's cup of tea. |
