What is the position in Turkey re Life Experience degrees?

If by 'Life Degree' you mean that you have no officially recognised academic qualifications, then finding work would be difficult but not impossible, particularly in the larger cities or in the east of Turkey.
You would, of course, be working illegally - the Education Ministry in Ankara require a degree and some form of EFL/ESL qualification from foreign teachers of English. As such, you would be at the mercy of school managers who could treat you mercilessly with regard to working hours, conditions, salary and so on. Better to stay away, get qualified, and come here with some academic status, after which you can be selective and find one of the better jobs there are to be found here.
