True in most cases. But easily found does not always mean easily obtained or obtained for a reasonable price.

For people who know they are going to areas of super inaka a long way from major cities, there are still things they may want to bring with them to at least tie them over until they have the time and resources to venture into a place where things are more easily obtained.
