Fellow Listers,
I am in Malaysia right now, and was recently talking with some Indian/Malaysian friends about teaching and creating better educational opportunities in India. Since I am a well-traveled, experienced Professor with extensive backgrounds not just in teaching, but also in school structuring and management, several have suggested that there are people in India that might be interested in building / creating / revamping schools in some places where education is not so modernized, perhaps in poorer communities. In other words, I have the know-how and all the ideas and have done this before - what I seek is help locating people with some money interested in investing.
Would any of you have any ideas of whom to contact, perhaps via email / letter / phone? I seek mostly private backers, not government. |
