A friend of mine gave me an idea while in summer or holiday time..and when you get approached to teach these summer camps.

Since the "leader" of these summer camps approach you to teach. And want to give your less than 10% of their intake.

I tell them simply. I want 70% of the intake since.

A. these students come to see me and learn
B. I'm doing all the work

Do the math.

about average 80RMB per student per lesson. with about 30-40 students.
You do about 1 or 2 hours. At 100-150 RMB an hour.

70% would be about right.

Think before you give into the pressure of teaching these holiday camps.

Great idea. No reason at all to enrich Chinese employers who hate us. Chinese teachers shake down school owners for as much as 80% of the gross, especially if they are rainmakers, i.e., have star power to bring in students.

I'm going 50/50 with a school owner who is giving 80% to a math teacher with strong recruiting ability.

People who work for 4,000 /monthly when there employers are making 15,000 are dumb. Especially in private school arrangements. Use your brain.
