I just came across this one and I was floored. Pictures, colours, and lots of stuff. best of all they're free. these are nice , just download them and take them to class.

freeprintablesforteachers.com is also good, aimed at young learners.

Anyone else have their favorites?

Thanks for the site Very Happy I'm sure I'll make good use of it.

This is one of my favourites and my students love the topical issues.

A few from my bulging 'Favorites' folder:

http://www.esl-lounge.com/

http://www.tefl.net/esl-lesson-plans/esl-worksheets-tp.htm

http://www.englishmedialab.com/grammar.html

http://www.englisch-hilfen.de/en/exercises_list/alle_grammar.htm

http://www.englishpage.com/

http://www.eslflow.com/index.html

http://www.better-english.com/grammar.htm

Not all of them have printable worksheets but you can easily prepare your own using the exercises. I generally copy them and paste them into Notepad to get rid of the formatting, then C&P that into Word so I can format it, make corrections and adapt the materials where needed.

Sounds like a hassle but you only have to do it once and then you have it ready to print whenever you need it. I have collected a good database of maybe 500-600 handouts like this.

Best,
Mike

Sorry to be a pain, but unless the original material is Creative Commons, or they expressly give you some sort of permission to reuse material, you're probably infringing their copyright by taking their material, then adapting it without asking them first.

Possibly, yes. But I'm sure they wouldn't mind, would you? Especially when something they have written is obviously incorrect, perhaps due to the passing of time, or perhaps just due to a typo.

I've set up a site for my students that includes articles, audio and video for everything we do in class and I'd be happy for anyone to use it. No copyright issues here!

I'm also a big fan of www.headsupenglish.com that someone's already mentioned

I'm a big fan of the textbook-specific resources you can access by joining (for free) the Oxford Teacher's Club. I rarely/never use Oxford books, but I regularly use resources I get from the site.

Sorry- I supposed I could provide a link. http://www.oup.com/elt/teachersclub/?cc=gb

Well, I just started sorting and uploading all of my teaching stuff onto Scribd.

http://www.scribd.com/rzganoza

I still need to go through a lot of the stuff I've collected over the years and it is very China-centric, but I'm hoping it's useful to a lot of you.

Cheers.
