Does anybody know them? Are they a reputable company? Do they pay decent wages?

Thanks for your replies.

I have not worked with them directly although they have been around a while, which is good. If you do a search, I vaguely remember a discussion about them a couple years ago re pay and benefits.

Hi. I'm working for them right now. Everything is ok.

The pay is poor, but the organization is run pretty well.

If you want more details, send me a personal message.

Base pay is $8.50 US, but there are bonuses if you get good ratings from your students.

Where I'm from we say, "Never bite the hand that feeds you."

With that, these are my last words on the subject. If anyone has questions they'd like to ask me, please PM me. (I know not everyone can, sorry.)

1. They are pretty well organized.
2. The money came to my paypal.
3. The students are friendly and interesting.
4. The schedule is flexible.

For anyone who knows of better, higher paying online opportunities (that don't involve teaching hours upon hours of free trial lessons to court students), please inform.

8.50 per 50 min or hour might not seem that good, but if you take into account that there's no travel time, it makes a big difference.

I have worked for them on and off for a couple of years. I usually work for them when I live in a country with low paying local wages. It was a good option when I lived in Costa Rica, Phuket and in a small beach town in Vietnam.

They always pay and the Taiwanese students are enthusiastic, well educated and travelled and are a pleasure to teach. There are as many classes as you want.

The sessions last for 45 minutes and there is minimal prep. You get bonuses based on the ratings that the students give you. On average I would make $11 for a 45 minute session.

You need to have a good internet connection though! It can be stressful if you start to have technical problems.

Are there other payment options besides having a "paypal" account?

I've had my fair share of difficulties trying to set up with paypal.
