I have an offer from a uni in Shanghai. Here are the details:
13.5 hours/week
3 days teaching/week
7500 RMB/month salary
No housing, utilities, etc.
During Jan/Feb only 1500 RMB for housing
End of contract 8000 RMB airfare.
Salary is low, but so are hours. Do you think with part-time work this would be livable in Shanghai? I've been looking for apartments and I'll spend around 2-2.5k/month on that. |
