I haven't taught English before and have been offered a job at Fifth Wings in Japan. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them. Good or bad?

| Good question. I just got an offer from them. All they've said other than what was in their cafe post was "If you could come around August 20th I'm sure things will work out" when someone named "Jen" emailed me. |

If that was an actual quote from the contact, then that's a little 
When you say "just" received your offer but want you out there around the 20th (I'd be concerned if any employer didn't give me an exact arrival date), will you be arriving with work visa in hand or is that something she's "sure things will work out" about? |
