So me and my fiance are teaching public school in Korea this year, and we might do another year, but after that, anyone have any suggestions?

Neither of us has a tesol/celta/tefl certificates, although we will have a year or two of experience. Both of us have Bachelors and Masters degrees, but not in education or teaching English.

We are looking for a place to teach that has:

A good quality of life (aka friendly locals, good food, mostly well behaved kids, lots of things to do)

Longish vacation

Decent pay for the cost of living - able to live comfortably on cost of living

Comfortable weather - I don't like winters

Any suggestions? |

				| I'd stay in Asia if I were you: thailand, China, taiwan, japan, Korea are all pretty good bets. |

I was going to suggest Russia until I saw your request for good quality of life, decent pay, and no winters! |
