Are there any certification programs in the kingdom? And if so what are the pros and cons

I imagine there are. But you should do a search on what would be required to get the visa that would allow you to do that. It may take so long to get the visa that, by the time you get it, you could be long done with the program and working a gig bringing in bacon if you take it in other places.

But maybe getting THAT visa is easy. Wait. I shouldn't say that too loudly. Employment agencies may next start bringing in teachers as 'students' to work the teaching jobs.
