Hi, I posted a room for rent earlier which was filled, but this time I'm moving out (going to Korea).
The house has 3 rooms and my room is available immediately. Your roommates would be two males, mid thirties, one American/Viet and one Canadian. Both are working professionals. They are very nice, easy going guys. The bedroom has a private bath, bed, nightstand, closet, and a/c. The house has a kitchen, terrace, living room w/ xbox and flat screen, balconies, and moto parking. The rent is $200/mo+bills (maid, cable, internet, water, elect). The move in deposit is $200.
